How to prepare artwork for flags and banners
Send vector artwork (PDF, AI or EPS with fonts outlined) whenever you can — logos stay sharp at any size. If you only have a raster image, make it as large as possible: wide-format graphics are viewed from a distance, but small low-resolution files still look soft.
Keep important text and logos away from the edge so hems and seams do not cut into them, and add bleed (extra background past the trim line) where the template asks for it. Use CMYK colors for predictable results and send Pantone references if you need a brand-critical match. If you are unsure, send the file through our free mockup and we will check it.
